Okay,
So things are only half as good this week because Natasha is out of town. Meanwhile we have to make her proud anyway. The best suggestion we have is to go to First Fridays Downtown (near ASU Downtown) around 8pm Friday night. From what I know there are cool little museums, nice restaurants to dip into and a pleasant walk.
But I need a dependable crew willing to roll out with me and to report back on this blog. If you're down respond back and we will do it to it! In any case, check back to see how the evening went.
And as always there is nothing sexy about getting hit in the face with someone's locks because they don't know how to 'Go Dumb' in a non-violent way. So stay yo butt out tha club!

Overall i would say its worth doing at least once, and if you're a city slicker like me then it feels like of like SOHO, more like SOHO-lite or SOHO-spritser. Its good for art and people watching. It starts at 7st. and Roosevelt and continues until 7 ave and Roosevelt,
ReplyDelete1. wear comfortable shoes
2. be ready for crowds of people and street vendors and street performers.
3. Food and Alcohol --> I would say eat first then do the talk because the crowds make the wait at the various restaurants crazy, I would recommend the Jamaica Restaurant "Breadfruit" because its a cool spot where the art walk takes place, also there is Japanese\Tai restaurant called Faith on Roosevelt & 5st there are several wine bars, saki bar that i've never,
4. Also parking might be a problem cause on nicer nights a lot of people show up.
5. if walking and crowds are not for you, the art walk continues into Saturday with less crowds and you can really take in the art.
Thanks! I expect you and a diva will be joining>
